Last updated April 30, 2026. This policy explains what PawStudio AI needs to create and deliver pet portraits.

Account Data

When you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile data needed to create your account, such as email, Google account identifier, display name, and avatar URL.

Uploads And Results

Uploaded pet photos, authorized adult owner photos, generated previews, and download files are used to provide the service. Private generated images are not intended for public template galleries.

Retention

Uploads, generated images, and portrait history tasks are retained for up to 90 days so you can view history, download results, and receive support. Product retention windows can change as the service matures.

Service Providers

We use infrastructure and AI providers to authenticate accounts, store files, run generation, protect uploads, and deliver pages. These providers process data only as needed for the service workflow.

Public Page Diagnostics

We may use diagnostic providers to check whether public pages load correctly. These checks can include standard request metadata such as page URL, request method, response status, user agent, referrer, country code, and IP forwarding headers. This logging is scoped to public page requests and is not used to publish private uploads, generated results, account history, checkout flows, or login-only pages.

Your Choices

You can keep browsing without signing in. If you sign in, you can avoid uploading owner photos unless you choose an Owner & Pet template.
