Terms of Service

Last updated April 30, 2026. These terms apply when you browse templates, sign in, upload images, generate portraits, buy credits, or download PawStudio AI results.

Photo Rights

You may upload pet photos and adult owner photos only when you own the photo or have permission to use it. Owner & Pet templates must not be used with children, public figures, strangers, or people who did not authorize the upload.

Generated Portraits

Generated results are stylized AI creations. They may not perfectly preserve markings, anatomy, pose, or human likeness. Do not use generated portraits for identity documents, impersonation, fraud, or misleading claims.

Credits And Access

Credits are used for generation outputs. Credit-pack purchases are fulfilled after payment confirmation from our checkout provider. If a generation fails in a way eligible for refund, the backend may refund credits according to the current product rules.

Safety

We may reject uploads or prompts that appear unsafe, unauthorized, abusive, or outside product policy. We may limit or suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Prohibited Content

PawStudio AI is for family-safe pet portraits only. Do not use the service to upload, request, create, or share NSFW content, nudity, pornographic content, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, sexualized minors, violence, gore, animal abuse, hate, illegal content, harassment, or non-consensual imagery.
